2. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across all regions of Saudi Arabia.
At the moment, international shipping is not available.
3. How long does delivery take?
Our total delivery time is 2–4 business days, which includes:

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Riyadh.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Express shipping on all orders within Saudi Arabia, with no minimum purchase required.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
8. Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you'd like to exchange an item, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange the exchange, depending on product availability.
9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us right away at support@emiratisips.com with your order number and photos.
We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

No. Emiratisips.com currently operates exclusively online to offer better prices and fast delivery across Saudi Arabia.

13. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible — but you may still return the item after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
